Maintenance History allows for a fast and convenient
way for an operator to pull a preventive maintenance history on any
piece of equipment. It provides a snapshot look at the
total investment that's been made in preventive maintenance on this
piece of equipment, a useful tool in deciding whether
it's cost effective to continue to maintain, or to sell
or even to junk the piece of equipment.

A
piece of equipment is selected using the drop down menu
either by Internal Control Number or Manufacturer Serial
Number.
Maintenance
History For Selected Equipment summarizes a piece
of equipment's preventive maintenance. It lists who performed and
approved each Work Order; when the preventive maintenance was due
and when it was done; each Type of preventive maintenance; and the
costs in Labor, Materials & Down Time. The history
also provides a summation of the complete cost of maintaining
this specific piece of equipment.

Can we produce maintenance and service histories? |
|
Of course. EZ Maintenance preventive maintenance software produces such reports by equipment or vehicle over an operator selected date range. |

How do we track what work was actually done and when? |
|
Completed maintenance and service activity can either be electronically signed off as completed within EZ Maintenance by the person performing the work, or a work order with a signature line can be printed, which can be signed by the person performing the work, and then filed as a hard copy. Such work orders contain a list of all procedures to be performed and the materials to be used, so once signed a verified record exists that not only the maintenance or service was performed, but the exact procedures followed and the parts and materials used, and all costs. |
