collect information to identify and contact our customers. This
may include the business name (our customers are generally
businesses) and address. We also collect contact information
which may include a contact name, telephone number and email
address. We collect the financial information necessary to

placing an order only to complete the order. Financial

13. Annual Support and Maintenance.
You acknowledge that you will receive an EZ Maintenance Software
annual support and maintenance invoice plus the applicable tax
and processing fees every 12 (twelve) months from the initial
EZ Maintenance software license purchase date. The invoice
payment will be processed using the payment method on the file or
invoices will be sent to address in Pinacia Inc's Accounting system.
You must send to Pinacia Inc. in writing annual support and
maintenance cancellation letter at least 90 (ninety) days prior
to the annual invoice generation date. There will be no refund or
credit of prorated fee during the 12-month cycle.
14. Applicable Laws. All matters and
disputes relating to your access and use of this web site and
EZ Maintenance shall be governed by the federal laws of the
United States and the laws of the State of California. Exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of any actions arising out of, or relating
to or in any way connected with your access and/or use of this
web site and EZ Maintenance software shall be in Los Angeles County,
California if in state court and in the Southern District of
California if in Federal Court.
