Service Log allows for a fast and convenient way
for an operator to pull a service history on any vehicle.
It provides a snapshot look at the total investment that’s
been made in preventive maintenance on each vehicle, a useful tool
in deciding whether it’s cost effective to continue
to maintain, or to sell or even to junk the vehicle.

A vehicle is selected using the drop down menu either
by Vehicle Number or License Plate.
Service History For Selected
Vehicles summarizes a vehicle’s preventive maintenance.
It lists who performed and approved each Work Order; when
the Service was due and when it was done; each Service
Type; and the costs of Labor, Materials & Down Time.
The history also provides a summary of the Total Costs
of maintaining this specific vehicle.
