Maintenance Software Company Bucks Trend Offers Unlimited No Charge Product Tech Support 24

Valencia, California – In a reversal of what has become
the norm, Link it Software Corporation has instituted no charge
5 hour online interactive training coupled with two hours of
live phone tech support and unlimited tech support via E Mail
for all EZM Web customers.
EZM Web tracks and controls maintenance for any type of
equipment and any type of vehicle plus inventory control via the
Web. It is accessible from anywhere in the world there is an
internet connection. Link It's maintenance software customers
include thousands of users in firms ranging from very small
businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
“Software is transforming itself into a service product,”
Link It President Dr Gloria McFarland, a Cal Tech PhD explained.
“In developing our user friendly interface and working
with customers, one of the greatest concerns we heard was over
the training and support issue. We realized we needed to provide
world class service when providing a world class product. This
entails the recognition that the goal of web based software is
to have customers using the product on an ongoing basis, not to
gouge customers for the training and support they need to
utilize it.”
“For any company determined to be the industry leader,

Web customers to receive, at no charge, 5 hours of interactive
online training on how to use every feature, in combination with

support for as long as EZM Web customers have an active account.”

EZM Web customer to get totally up to speed and to train their
staff on how to use our Web based vehicle and equipment
maintenance tracking software. This is really important as the
use of EZM Web can drop as much as 10% to 30% of a company's
equipment and vehicle maintenance costs from the expense column
to the bottom line.”
Link It found that another limiting factor for most companies
wanting to use web-based software was cost. EZM Web is full
featured and designed to fit any budget or need. There are six
account types, starting as low as $50 per month, so EZM Web can
handle any size company's maintenance tracking needs at an
affordable cost.
