HPS Vendor Pinacia Announces Significant Savings Only for HPS Members on Web-based and Network-based Maintenance Software

Pinacia, HPS's vendor for maintenance software, recently
announced the launch of EZ Maintenance Web (EZM Web), a new
web-based service for scheduling, tracking, and managing
maintenance for any type of equipment and any type of vehicle,
plus full inventory control from anywhere in the world where
there is an Internet connection. Link It also has announced
special one time only pricing exclusively for HPS members who
purchase either the new Internet based EZM Web or the
network-ready EZ Maintenance Windows application through June
15th.
“Previously, Link It offered their Windows network-ready
EZ Maintenance product to meet the maintenance tracking needs of
many HPS members,” said Jan Tossava, HPS Director of
Agreements/National Accounts. “The newly launched EZM Web
includes all the features of the network-ready version, with
additional features made possible by its web-based architecture.
EZM Web is fully scalable and is designed to support the
maintenance needs of large organizations with hundreds of
employees and multiple locations, as well as smaller
organizations with just a few pieces of equipment or vehicles to
manage.”
“EZM Web is the only product of its kind available on the
Internet. HPS members can take advantage of EZM Web's anywhere
access and additional web-based features including email alerts
for work orders, special passwords so users can request
maintenance and check status online, assigning work orders to
vendors, invoicing, and even a link to third party accounting
software.”
Tossava continued that EZM Web is also be an attractive choice
for HPS members because they can sign up and use it for a flat
monthly fee, with minimal upfront costs.
“I have been informed that Link It is offering special
pricing through June 15th exclusively for HPS
members.”
“Normally, for organizations with 20 or fewer pieces of
equipment and vehicles to track, there is a one time setup
charge of $150 for EZM Web. For HPS members who sign up through
June 15th, Link It is offering EZM Web accounts of this size for
a one time setup charge of $95, with a monthly fee of $40.”
“Larger HPS member organizations needing to track an
unlimited number of pieces of equipment and vehicles at a single
location would normally pay a setup fee ranging between $500 and
$1000 for EZM Web. HPS members who sign up through June 15th for
unlimited tracking will receive a 35% discount. While the
monthly fee depends on the type of account, HPS members who sign
up for “unlimited entry” EZM Web accounts through
June 15th will not ever pay more than $65 to $95 per month.
Multi-location HPS member organizations will receive even larger
per-location discounts.”
Tossava went on to relate that Link It's exclusive HPS
members-only pricing extends to the network-ready EZ Maintenance
software application, which currently has hundreds of
installations with thousands of users at companies as small as
10 employees to firms like Massachusetts General Hospitals, Life
Care Hospitals, Disney, G.E., Lockheed, Los Alamos Labs,
Northrop, Sony Entertainment, and many others.
“Normally, the network-ready EZ Maintenance application,
which cannot be accessed over the Internet costs $1495, and for
HPS members includes one license and free shipping. HPS members,
who purchase the network-ready EZ Maintenance software through
June 15th will pay only a flat price of $1195, plus receive two
free licenses and free shipping which normally would cost an
additional $340.00. This means that for $1195, HPS members who
want to use maintenance software only on their internal network
can obtain a complete maintenance software package, which from
the moment of installation allows three people to use the
software simultaneously from any computer on the network. This
is a total savings for HPS members of $640.00.
